Name: Warsong
Age: 24 Moons
Gender: She-cat
Rank: Warrior
Clan: ShadowClan
Physical Description:
Warsong is a medium-sized, slender she-cat under her thick, brown fur. She has a dark stripe running from her forehead, along her spine, to the tip of her fox-like tail. Her pelt fades from this dark stripe to a warm red-brown for most of her body, to a cream color on her muzzle to her neck, chest, and belly, then to the under side of her tail, the distinct coloration of her rogue father. Though not particularly muscular, Warsong is lithe and moves with a quiet grace even the most talented ShadowClan veteran finds hard to achieve. Her eyes are an icy blue color that appear so cold they burn. Warsong bears a few minor scars from a warrior's life, but her long fur has covered most of them from view, making her appear untouched by her hardships.
Personality:
Warsong comes off as quiet and shy to those who don't know her, but in reality she's observant rather than shy. She's not particularly strong, so she knows better to wait and listen than to jump to conclusions. She's not particularly quiet either as she's well-known for collecting and telling stories she's heard from Elders, Clanmates, and any outsiders she meets, whether they be Clan cats, Rogues, Kittypets, or otherwise. This openness to outsiders doesn't give her the best reputation in the world, but those who know her know she is extremely loyal to her Clan and has the determination to prove it whenever her loyalty comes into question.
History:
Born during an ambush on ShadowClan's Camp, Lonelypath's newborn sons were crushed to death under the heels of invading ThunderClan warriors before the warrior, Stormcry came to her aid to fight them off. Her remaining kit, a daughter, was named Warkit in memory of the battle and the loss of her sons. Lonelypath was reclusive, even for a ShadowClan cat and raised her daughter apart from the rest of the Clan as often as she could, partially for the fear of losing her like she'd lost Warkit's brothers and partially knowing her daughter's pelt was a dead give away to her dallying with the Rogue who'd fathered her kits, wanting to keep Warkit out of a suspicious light for as long as possible.
Eventually, the day came when Warkit was to be made an apprentice, a responsibility given to Stormcry at Lonelypath's request. The veteran warrior knew of Warpaw's Rogue blood and was one of the few cats in the Clan Lonelypath talked to more than mere pleasantries, let alone trusted to take care of her daughter. Stormcry was a stern, but good teacher, Warpaw growing into a capable Clan cat quickly under his watchful gaze. One day, toward the end of her training, Warpaw was sent on a patrol with a few other apprentices, their mentors watching secretly from the shadows. Along the border of their territory, a ThunderClan patrol crossed over and ambushed them. Warpaw let out a long, keening yowl, alerting the danger to the mentors just in time to help fight off the invading party. That night Warpaw was named Warsong, a warrior of ShadowClan. During a battle Warsong is the first to alert nearby allies to the fight, her long, song-like cry, reaching even to the farthest ShadowClan ears.
